Meet “The Saxon Team”
Sandra has been a real estate professional since 1992. She obtained her Broker license in 1999. After achieving success as one of the top agents in the market, she spent the past 15 years as an owner/broker, a managing broker, serving as manager/ trainer and mentor for new agents entering the business. Some of agents achieved the pinnacle of success in their company, while all of them increased production substantially.
Her real estate experience includes marketing residential and commercial properties from single family homes to development property. She has new construction and resale market experience as well as expertise in commercial properties which includes land, shopping centers, leasing of commercial space, and income producing properties. She has worked with developers in assembling tracts of land and assisted with feasibility analysis.
Randy has been in the real estate industry for 25 years as a residential and commercial appraiser and litigation specialist. He has a background in commercial construction, real estate analyst and consultant. His experience covers all types of property from retail, office, industrial, multi-family, residential development and agricultural in the metro Atlanta and North Georgia markets. He has been involved with an international ministry for several years as a logistics coordinator for mission teams to Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
They both enjoy spending time with family and friends.
