Judson began his real estate brokerage career in 1990 and in 2009 founded Atlanta Communities Real Estate Brokerage. For five years, Atlanta Communities has received the Atlanta Business Chronicle Pacesetter Award for Atlanta’s 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies and is one of the Top 5 Real Estate Organizations in the Atlanta Area. As President and Broker for Atlanta Communities, Mark leads 1600+ Realtors and Associate Brokers daily and does it with ease. How? Mark believes in engaging others, and his people first attitude makes everyone else a priority. In his words “it’s not about us . . . it’s about them!” Mark also serves as Broker of the West Cobb office.

Robert Williamson has been a real estate broker for over 35 years with much of that time spent as a residential home builder and developer. Robert joined Atlanta Communities in 2010 and now serves as Vice President and Broker of the Cherokee office.

Marketing Strategy

Here at Atlanta Communities we have a dedicated team to continually conceive and launch new responsive ways to connect with qualified buyers and sellers. 20-year veteran Shawn Graves, the company’s Senior Marketing Strategist, has been leading the team for the past 5 years. He is continually improving the innovative and effective marketing system that empowers our agents to grow their business and craft promotional pieces that set them apart.

Video is an important tool used by Atlanta Communities in marketing our listings, advancing our brand and promoting our agents. We offer an in-house creative studio that features a green screen studio and podcast studio for agents to produce content for their websites, email marketing and social media platforms.

Training

While we are excited about the robust and cutting-edge technolgy that we offer, the real key to gaining a market advantage is in making sure our agents continue to be the best trained and educated agents in the Atlanta Market. Atlanta Communities offers a variety of training opportunities: live instructor classes, online and video taught by industry experts.
