About Amber

I provide two main categories of services: Residential Real Estate Sales and Estate Transition Services.

As a REALTOR®, I work hard to sell the family home quickly, OR for top dollar, whichever is most important to my client. From clean out to close, I am their boots-on-the-ground partner. When representing buyers, I make sure that my clients are educated on the buying process, and have an excellent loan officer in their corner, and have constant communication and advocacy from me during their home search. My clients know that I will work tirelessly to get them the best outcome possible. I am a Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, Accredited Buyer's Representative®. (All Real Estate transactions are processed through Atlanta Communities Real Estate Brokerage.)

Holcombe Estate Solutions was created in 2020, and I took on the role of Estate Transition Specialist. I am passionate about well-planned and well-executed estate transitions. This means helping my clients with properly preparing for the big what-if of death or incapacitation. 

First I make sure my clients connect with estate attorneys to get their legal work done and then I provide hands-on assistance creating a snapshot of my client's estate. This snapshot leaves their family or next of kin with all the vital information and documentation that will allow them to pick up where you left off.

For my clients that have become an executor of another person's estate, I assist them with the mountain of administrative and logistical tasks to streamline the process of after loss estate settlement. (I do not provide legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. If any estate planning documents are needed, I am happy to make an introduction to a trusted estate attorney to get those prepared for you.)
