About Kerry
Kerry Loftis has been a dedicated Metro Atlanta real estate professional since 2005, specializing in Intown and metro communities like Buckhead, Midtown, West Midtown, Decatur, and East Atlanta.
Originally from Greenville, SC, Kerry’s passion for real estate was nurtured by his family’s background in construction and insurance, leading him to pursue a degree in Marketing from the University of South Carolina.
Kerry’s extensive experience includes roles as an account executive, Realtor, and investor, backed by training in Real Estate Appraisal, Paralegal services, and Mortgage Loan Closing. He’s recognized for his data-driven approach, particularly as an REO/Foreclosure agent, enabling clients to make informed decisions in buying, selling, or investing.
Beyond real estate, Kerry is deeply committed to community service, having volunteered with organizations that provide housing assistance like Habitat for Humanity and Joining Hearts. His dedication extends into his personal life, where he enjoys woodworking, refinishing furniture and spending time with his Springer Spaniels.
