We are led by husband & wife team, Darren & Darla Nofziger. Together, they bring the skills necessary to take the stress out of your deal. Hopefully, we will turn this stressful time into something exciting instead. Just know, you will be in good hands every step of this process.
Darren, a San Francisco Bay area native, has called Metro Atlanta his home for more than 20 years. He has an extensive sales & technology background. This makes negotiations his “super-power”. He has been selling real estate exclusively for the last 10 years. Darren developed his strong disciplined work ethic at a young age by serving in the US Navy. Ask anyone who knows him; He is a stickler for excellent customer service and instills it throughout the team.
Darla is native Atlantan, which can be a rare find. She got her start in real estate 20 years ago. That is when she started her first real estate investment company together with her parents. Because of her vast real estate investment training, she has some strategies that aren’t widely known. Darla has an extensive marketing, administration & accounting background.
