About Lilian

Lily knew from a young age that her passion was helping people. Prior to earning her degree in Spanish Literature from Georgia State University, she experienced first-hand, through the family business, the impact investing in Real Estate had on people and their lives.

While earning her degree from GSU, and later her Translation Post-Grad from New York University, she gained experience in real estate through the family business. She also worked on the mortgage side as a loan processor and assistant loan officer. After finishing school and getting certified as a Legal Interpreter, she focused on her new career as an Interpreter, Translator, and Mediator, but continued to expand her knowledge of real estate thru work she did with attorneys and mediators in the field as well as a host of court cases in probate, state, superior and other civil courts involving real property.

With over 30 sales in 2016, Lilian Acevedo was recognized as Rookie of the Year for Keller Williams Realty North Atlanta. As a Buyer's Specialist for a Top Producing Team, Lily played a key role in helping the team earn the prestigious Top Producer Award for being in the Top Ten (top 5%) teams in the Atlanta Board of Realtors. Today Lily continues to hold a top producer position in her brokerage. 

As a 30-year Alpharetta/Milton resident and active community member, Lily decided to combine her local knowledge, legal experience, negotiation skills, and language background, and return to her real estate roots as a Bilingual Realtor. It was a perfect fit.

Lily brings all of her skill sets and her passions together in order to help educate her clients. Education is extremely important to her and she defines her success not in dollar figures, but by her client's confidence and comfort during and after the purchase or sale process.

Practicing what she preaches, Lily is always expanding her real estate knowledge. She obtained her Sustainability Leadership Certification from Emory University which she hopes to utilize in many areas of her Real Estate career. She also regularly attends seminars and courses and is an active member of NAR, GAR, and 400 North Board of Realtors.
