Hi, I’m Voncia Shepard, a REALTOR® and Associate Broker with Atlanta Communities. Licensed in Georgia since 2001, I bring 25 years of experience helping buyers, sellers, investors, families, and property owners navigate residential and investment real estate throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding Georgia communities.
My advanced professional designations include Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). For 1031 exchange transactions, I help investors identify potential replacement properties while coordinating with their qualified intermediaries, CPAs, attorneys, and other professional advisors.
