Hello, my name is Billy G Harp.
I am a Realtor with Atlanta Communities and have been in the business for over 11 years. During this time, I've assisted numerous first-time homebuyers in acquiring their initial homes. I started my Real Estate career as a home inspector.
After inspecting homes for several years, I decided to become an agent myself and in 2017 passed my licence on the first try! I have used my knowledge from the home inspection business to help buying clients purchase their homes with the least amount of after purchase expenses. As part of my services, every home purchase includes a complimentary home warranty for the first year.
As your selling agent, I ensure you receive the best value for your property by securing a home appraisal before it even hits the market. I offer three distinct selling options: Option 1) A 1.5% selling compensation, Works best with FOR SALE BY OWNERS. Covering all paperwork, arranging a closing attorney, photography, and listing your home on GAMLS and FMLS. (Following the listing, Zillow and others will automatically post it.) Option 2) A 3% selling compensation, which includes everything from Option 1, plus I handle all negotiations. This does NOT include the buyer's agent's compensation. Option 3) A 6% compensation, encompassing all the services mentioned above, including the buyer's agent's compensation.
