About Beverly
A native of Columbia, SC, I have lived in Atlanta since 1997. Prior to my real estate career which started in in 2003, I successfully managed sales teams for various gift and accessory manufacturers.
Active member of the National Association of RealtorsÒ, the Georgia Association of RealtorsÒ, and The Cherokee Association of REALTORS and am an Associate Broker.
Apart from real estate, I attend King of Kings Lutheran Church in Jasper, and have participated as a small group leader for the Middle School Ministry and served on the Host Team when I attended Northpoint Community Church.
I am experienced in all fields of real estate including investment properties, short sales, foreclosures, building and construction, real estate trends, and buying and selling strategies. I provide strong market analysis, am a strategic negotiator and have a complete understanding of real estate contracts and requirements. I also continually network to build extraordinary relationships with many top brokers and agents.
