About Kevin
Kevin Smith has been a Realtor since 2011, selling hundreds of properties in the Atlanta area, where he has lived for over 30 years. His top priority is to make the process as stress-free for his clients as possible. He prides himself on educating his clients about real estate and providing exceptional communication. He has been a member of the Circle of Excellence five times and has been the #1 individual agent in a company of over 1800 agents.
In the fifteen years Kevin has been a real estate agent, he has also invested in over 100 of his own houses that he has renovated and sold. This has given him a keen eye so he can point out what’s important for his clients when they are looking to purchase their dream home. His knowledge also helps his clients who are selling their homes, as he can alert them to items that need to be addressed before listing, and advise them about how to best present their home so it feels welcoming when potential buyers walk through the door.
Kevin’s love of working in real estate is deeply rooted. His grandparents owned their own real estate company. His grandfather was a broker, and his grandmother an agent. Kevin is proud to work in a field he loves, and continue this great tradition.
