With 17 years of experience in luxury residential real estate, Michael Candito is a seasoned expert. Michael is known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional market knowledge. Michael received his Bachelor of Accounting Degree from Florida International University. He then joined Arthur Andersen, one of the world’s most prestigious accounting firms at the time. There, he worked as an auditor, servicing a diverse portfolio of elite clients across multiple industries—including Financial Services, Hospitality, Sports and Entertainment, Pharmaceuticals, and Automotive. This early experience honed Michael’s analytical skills, strategic mindset, and ability to manage complex transactions for high-profile clients. After leaving Arthur Andersen, Michael co-founded a successful Correspondent Lending company, which quickly became a leading mortgage brokerage in its market. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to open his own residential real estate brokerage in 2008, with a focus on Miami Beach’s high-end luxury market. Michael was involved in some of the more exclusive residential real estate transactions on Miami Beach.
Most recently, Michael relocated to Georgia. He is honored to have joined Atlanta Communities Real Estate as an Associate Broker, where he is committed to delivering unparalleled service in the luxury real estate sector.
