About Amanda
Amanda comes from the small town of Stockbridge, GA. After graduating from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs) Amanda landed in Corporate America, where she worked as a Sales Manager. While she was successful, she wanted to use her expertise in a career that would allow her to focus more on customer service and building lasting relationships. An opportunity with a real estate brokerage presented itself, and almost immediately Amanda knew real estate was where she was meant to be. Even though Amanda’s area of specialization is in residential real estate sales, she has also worked as a licensed Listing Specialist and Contract to Close Coordinator with some of the top teams in the state. She has assisted nearly 100 sellers in the Cobb & Paulding markets from pre-listing preparation all the way through the closing process. She knows the importance of getting the “little details” just right and prides herself on knowing ALL aspects of the real estate transaction in order to effectively help her clients in the biggest transaction of their lives! Amanda specializes in helping first-time home buyers and growing families buy and/or build the home of their dreams! It is through constant education, communication, honesty, transparency and integrity that she builds long lasting relationships with her clients. Amanda believes that these core values, her wealth of knowledge of real estate transactions, and innovative marketing strategies allow her to ultimately help her clients achieve the goal of home ownership. During her free time, Amanda enjoys spending quality time with her husband Brandon and son Brooks, as well as with their rescue furkids-Leo & Oliver. She loves being outside, spending time with family & friends, and of course shopping (what woman doesn’t, right?).
