I am studying under certified appraisers to better understand the market, and this important part of real estate to help guide and inform sellers and buyers.
I also have a Journalism degree from the University of Georgia and have worked in corporate marketing for TOP world-wide brands, so I am highly-skilled with the marketing initiatives to sell your home. I also grew-up in a family that owned and operated a residential construction company for over 35 years, so I am very familiar with the home construction process! And, my husband is a state licensed contractor! I have learned a lot from him - and he is only one call away to ask our questions as well!
