"After being renters for many years - John happily helped us find a few rentals along the way - it was finally time to buy. In the unpredictable seller's climate of 2021, we weren't sure what we would find or how long it would take, but at John's urging we started the process to get our finances in line and prepare to buy a house. John was there every step of the way - pointing us on to the next step, providing references and advice, and being so much more than just a Realtor. His knowledge of the market, the area, and the business of reatly really shines in every interaction. He's not pushy - but he's not a pushover either.. He was ready to help us look at every home we were able to see, and helped us manage our emotions along the way - telling us not to get too attached to any home because of the seller's market. We began looking on one Sunday night, put our first offer on Wednesday (it was rejected) and then our second offer on Friday. John gave us good advice about how the location could work for our lives, and supported us in finding a house that was right for us. John knew how to best advise us as we waited on the house - his advice was spot on with how to offer the seller our best offer, wait patiently, and when they accepted our offer (only 1 week after we started looking!) we were elated. John didn't stop there, though. He shepherded us through inspections, loan details, the points of insurance and escrow - and he was ready when we needed him for input, helping us to ask all the questions we didn't even know to ask. He went to bat for us and the seller agreed to cover some of the costs - another thing we hadn't expected (seller's market!). He even helped us negotiate with one of the repairmen about potential future work! We worked hard to get the things done quickly that we had to do, John was on time, available, and communicative with the seller and us - and we were rewarded by being able to close almost a week before we had originally planned to. While the market is a challenge, we felt like John was more than "just a realtor" and we know when it comes time to sell the house we've bought, John will be the one we will call. We can't say enough great things about John as a realtor and we are very happy we opted to work with him! We highly recommend him."

He is a fun and dynamic person to work with. He makes himself consistently assessable in addition to providing us with a well thought out market analysis and strategy. John put together a perfect listing displaying our home. His marketing efforts are superior from his well thought out description of our home and his employment of on pointe video and photography. Additionally, John is very focused on selling the house to every person he meets and he is very active and effective marketing online. John is awesome! He is knowledgeable and keeps up the communication every step of the way, responding pretty much instantly. We received a great offer on day one, a better offer on day two and a subsequent bidding war involving four different groups! Ultimately we receive more than we asked for and fantastic selling terms.
