Paticia Colbert was raised in New Jersey and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Florida. She brings a client-first approach to every real estate transaction, combining market expertise with a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
After obtaining her Real Estate License in 2013 and Broker's License in 2014 in Charoltte NC, Patricia began building a reputation for delivering exceptional service, expert guidance, and a seamless buying and selling experience.
In 2016, she expanded her career to Atlanta, where she has specializing in new construction sales, with a primary focus on active adult communities. Her extensive knowledge of the new construction process gives her clients a distinct advantage in today's competitive market. From leveraging strong relationships with local builders to navigating contracts, timelines, upgrades, and negotiations, Patricia provides expert guidance every step of the way.
